This country isn't just carbon neutral—it's carbon negative | Tshering Tobgay, TED talk

Tshering Tobgay, the person giving this talk, is the prime minister of the Kingdom of Bhutan, where health care and education is free, and where Government policy states that at least 60% of the countries land should remain under forest cover—for all time. Bhutan takes a holistic approach with governing its people. This is a fascinating look at a country that is not as closely tied into the system that controls a lot of the worlds populace.
