A look back at February on

Below I link to a bunch of articles I posted on during the month of February, which were probably more of the important ones. Some of you may have missed them, so this provides a quick way to check on anything that may interest you.
February was a busy time for me as I was making preparations to travel to the US, and since I have arrived it’s been a busy time, so I have had less time to focus on the site. I am also working off my laptop now, which is not a powerful one, and it takes a lot longer to do the usual things I get up to online.

As a reminder, the sites Facebook Page is updated daily, and maintained by Martin and myself. We do try and limit our posts to the things which are not so common, while being interesting and what we perceive as important, all while keeping to the general theme of the site. Note that if you have liked the Facebook page then you are only going to see a very small percentage of posts, perhaps as low as 5%, up to 20%. To see all the posts you will need to visit the Facebook page directly. (Clicking on the Facebook icon at the top of the page here is probably the easiest way of doing that)
For those QHHT practitioners out there, feel free to contact me if you have any client sessions that you may want to share. I know these are a favourite of many visitors to the site.

I have sorted last month’s articles into categories, rather than the date they were posted.
TED Talks
A simple way to break a bad habit
Description: (10 minutes) "Can we break bad habits by being more curious about them? Psychiatrist Judson Brewer studies the relationship between mindfulness and addiction — from smoking to overeating to all those other things we do even though we know they're bad for us.
