A new fish becomes the worlds deepest - Found in the Pacific Ocean's Mariana Trench

This new discovery, which can be seen in the video below, is of a snailfish which was filmed for the first time at 26,722 feet (8,143 meters).


This fish has broken previous records by 500 feet, becoming the worlds deepest observed fish. Other species were discovered by Scottish scientists during this expedition, which was lead by a scientist of the University of Hawaii.

That's amazing! Just imagine what the pressures must be like way down there! I wonder what the structure is (in the Mariana Trench?)
